Track Teams At Parshall And Glenburn Meets

The track season continued last week with teams facing hot and windy conditions. On Thursday, team were at the Parshall Varsity Meet and on Saturday they were in Minot for the Glenburn Invitational.
Parshall Varsity Meet
On the girls’ side, Central McLean was first with 130 team points, followed by Southern McLean with 82, Max-South Prairie with 61.5, Kenmare-Bowbells-Burke with 58.5, and DLB/L&C rounding out the top five with 55.5. Parshall was sixth with 45 team points and Stanley was seventh with 42.5.
On the boys’ side, Stanley was first with 99 team points, followed by Southern McLean with 93.83, Powers Lake-Burke Central with 79, Central McLean with 76 and DLB/L&C rounding out the top five with 66. Parshall was tenth with 26 team points.

100 meters: Davyion Clemons of Nedrose was first with a time of 11.15. Stanley’s Drake Schlosser was third with 11.27; Jevon Johnson, 16th with 11.97; Kayden Uran, 18th with 12.02; Zeke Wienbar, 25th with 12.16; Ben Hynek, 43rd with 12.63; Landon Hunting, 44th with 12.64; Alex Salgado, 62nd with 13.17; and Thosten Lidstrom, 65th with 13.34. Parshall’s Parker Baker was 35th with 12.45; Brendan Haakenson, 37th with 12.48; and Nathaniel Baca, 38th with 12.49.
200 meters: Stanley’s Drake Schlosser was first with a time of 22.66; Logan Longmuir, 10th with 23.88; Zeke Wienbar, 17th with 24.24; Kayden Uran, 19th with 24.44; Jevon Johnson, 23rd with 24.68; Logan Neset, 39th with 26.22; Landon Hunting, 40th with 26.26; and Alex Salgado, 56th with 27.78. Parshall’s Nathaniel Baca was 37th with 25.97; and Brendan Haakenson, 38th with 26.00.
400 meters: Stanley’s Logan Longmuir was first with a time of 53.46; Zeke Wienbar, 3rd with 55.57; Max Jackson, 7th with 59.58; and Kolton Longmuir, 9th with 1:00.75. Parshall’s Nathaniel Baca was 10th with 1:00.81; Brendan Haakenson, 11th with 1:01.64; and Kalon Brien, 20th with 1:07.67.
800 meters: Milo Anderson of DLB/L&C was first with a time of 2:15.86. Stanley’s Max Jackson was 3rd with 2:20.78; and Jason White, 17th with 2:30.80. Parshall’s Tucker Lee was 12th with 2:27.09.
1600 meters: Gryphen Leier-Wangler of Bishop Ryan was first with a time of 4:50.09. Parshall’s Tucker Lee was 12th with 5:31.14. Stanley’s Jason White was 15th with 5:35.67; and Logan Neset, 16th with 5:40.97.
110m hurdles: Adam Ermer of Garrison was first with a time of 15.20. Logan Hoff of Parshall was 5th with 19.60; Mahki Packineau, 7th with 20.72; and Easton Locken, 9th with 22.33. Stanley’s Alex Salgado was 6th with 20.47.
300m hurdles: Stanley’s Drake Schlosser was first with a time of 44.65; Kayden Uran, 2nd with 46.80; Jevon Johnson, 7th with 49.59; and Alex Salgado, 9th with 52.20. Parshall’s Mahki Packineau was 4th with 48.43; and Logan Hoff, 5th with 48.53.
4x100 relay: Powers Lake-Burke Central was first with a time of 45.38. Parshall was sixth with 49.51.
4x800 relay: Southern McLean was first with a time of 9:05.48. Stanley was third with 9:30.63.
Shot put: Stanley’s Ben Hynek was first with a distance of 47-09.00; Levi Uran, 13th with 36-02.00; Jud Anderson, 22nd with 33-11.00; Griffin Wilson, 23rd with 33-02.00; and Gary Danks, 35th with 30-05.00. Parshall’s Rylan Myers was 6th with 40-05.00; and Jacob Miles, 48th with 25-05.00.
Discus: Peyton Helwig of KBB was first with a distance of 134-05. Stanley’s Ben Hynek was second with 133-11; Levi Uran, 12th with 100-01; Jud Anderson, 30th with 80-09; Gary Danks, 38th with 78-08; and Griffin Wilson, 42nd with 70-09. Stanley’s Jacob  Roses was 11th with 107-09; Griffin Wilson, 19th with 94-08; Gary Danks, 25th with 79-00; and Jud Anderson, 28th with 74-11. Parshall’s Rylan Myers was 14th with 104-03; Easton Locken, 26th with 78-04; and Jacob Miles, 31st with 73-00.
High jump: Aiden Hanson of Central McLean was first with a height of 6-04.25. Mahki Packineau of Parshall was 6th with 5-02.00; and Easton Locken, 17th with 4-06.00. Stanley’s Jacob Roses and Landon Hunting tied for 9th with 5-00.00.
Pole vault: Brady Vollmuth of Southern McLean was first with a height of 10-00.00. Landon Hunting of Stanley was third with 9-00.00; Max Jackson, 5th with 8-06.00; and Landon Goettle, 6th with 8-00.00.
Long jump: Michael Crowder of PLBC was first with a distance of 20-06.00. Parshall’s Parker Baker was 33rd with 15-10.50 and Logan Hoff was 38th with 15-04.00. Stanley’s Jacob Roses was 34th with 15-08.00 and Jud Anderson was 45th with 12-08.00.

800 meters: Brynn Hanson of DLB/L&C was first with a time of 2:27.62. Haydyn Chase of Parshall was 4th with 2:42.25; Victoria Miranda, 17th with 3:04.25; and Mandi Braaflat, 20th with 3:08.27. Stanley’s Italia Rodriguez was 5th with 2:48.93.
1600 meters: Brynn Hanson of DLB/L&C was first with a time of 5:34.25. Parshall’s Haydyn Chase was 2nd with 5:42.04 and Victoria Miranda was 15th with 6:57.22. Harley DeTienne of Stanley was 4th with 6:10.34 and Annie Roise was 6th with 6:17.72.
100m hurdles: Maggie Jennings of Southern McLean was first with a time of 16.96. Stanley’s Jessa Longmuir was 2nd with 18.39; Jozey Sorenson, 4th with 19.34; and Keilana Uran, 8th with 19.98. Parshall’s Paloma Ruiz was 11th with 22.23.
300m hurdles: Ruby Lormejuste of Bishop Ryan was first with a time of 48.89. Haydyn Chase of Parshall was 6th with 56.30; Addi Bugbee, 15th with 1:02.73; and Paloma Ruiz, 17th with 1:04.85. 4x100 relay: Max-South Prairie was first with a time of 53.17. Parshall was second with 54.02.
4x200 relay: Parshall was first with a time of 1:54.16 and Stanley was third with 2:02.69.
4x800 relay: Kenmare-Bowbells-Burke was first with a time of 10:50.88. Stanley was second with 10:51.44.
Shot put: Maycee Boyce of Nedrose was first with a distance of 40-07.00. Harper Mortensen of Parshall was 9th with 30-04.00; Gracie Kraft, 11th with 27-06.00; Isabella Williams, 20th with 25-10.50; and Jenna Perez, 24th with 24-05.00. Stanley’s Breanna Istilart was 25th with 24-01.00 and Natalia Rodriguez was 26th with 23-11.00.
Discus: Maycee Boyce of Nedrose was first with a distance of 115-05. Isabella Williams of Parshall was 10th with 73-00; Harper Mortensen, 21st with 57-02; Jenna Perez, 28th with 53-07; and Gracie Kraft, 34th with 49-10. Stanley’s Breanna Istilart was 30th with 50-04 and Natalia Rodriguez was 42nd with 42-06.
Javelin: Moana Tooke of Southern McLean was first with a distance of 89-00. Parshall’s Isabella Williams was 6th with 83-03. Stanley’s Natalia Rodriguez was 23rd with 57-00 and Breanna Istilart was 32nd with 42-07.
Long jump: Morgan Snyder of Central McLean was first with a distance of 17-07.25. Hailey Nelson of Parshall was 10th with 14-05.00.
Glenburn Lions Invite
Teams from around the area traveled to Minot on Saturday, May 10 for the Glenburn Lions Invite.
On the boys’ side, Minot was first with 168 team points, followed by Rugby with 87.5; Central McLean with 74, Bottineau with 62.5, and Kenmare-Bowbells-Burke rounding out the top five with 59. New Town was seventh with 49 team points, Stanley was 16th with 5.5 and Parshall was 17th with 3.5.
On the girls’ side, Rugby was first with 159 team points, followed by Beulah with 82, Central McLean with 81, Velva-Drake/Anamoose with 81 and Bottineau rounding out the top five with 49. Parshall was seventh with 38 points, Stanley was 11th with 23 and New Town was 19th with 3.
