Area Athletes Named To Shrine Bowl
The 2025 Shrine Bowl rosters have been set. Players will report for practice on Tuesday, June 17 with games played on Saturday, June 21. The 11 man game is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. and the 9 man game for 6:00 p.m. All practices and games will take place on the campus of Mayville State University.
Area players named to the 11 man-west team include Caleb Mortensen of Stanley; and Connor Lindberg and Matthew Jacobs of Ray-Powers Lake.
Coaches will be Matt Weidler of VDAG, Jacob Holmen of Minot North, and Steve Elkins and Kevin Swan of Mandan.
The 11 man teams include players from Class A, AA and AAA schools.
