Eilene Biwer, 94, of Tioga, ND, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022, at the Tioga Medical Long Term Care Center in Tioga, ND. Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home of Tioga assisted the family. Friends may sign the online register and give their condolences at www.fulkersons.com. Eilene’s funeral mass was held at the St. Thomas Catholic Church in Tioga, ND on April 29, 2023. Father Cory Nelson officiated. Burial was held in United Cemetery in Tioga, ND.
