Dana Jean Mattheis, 64, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2024, at Marion Manor in Glen Ullin, ND, where she resided for the last two weeks. Services will be held on 10:00 a.m. CDT on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Peace Lutheran Church, Hazen, ND with Pastor Walt Wolff officiating. Burial will follow for Dana and Bruce in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are conducted by Barbot Funeral Home, Beulah and Hazen.
Loreen Pederson, 88, Minot, North Dakota, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2024, at Edgewood Assisted Living, Minot, ND. Franklin Delano Martens, 90, of Ross, ND, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at his home in Ross, ND. There will be a public visitation held at the Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, from 3:00-6:00 p.m. with a Rosary Vigil to follow and begin at 6:00 p.m. Franklin’s funeral mass will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at the Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Stanley, ND. Father Jason Signalness will officiate. Franklin will be laid to rest at the Fairview Cemetery in Stanley, ND.
