Darrell Carlson, 82, of Powers Lake, ND, passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at his home in Powers Lake, ND. Darrell’s funeral service was held on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Powers Lake, North Dakota. Pastor Pauline Crowder officiated. Darrell was laid to rest at the Bethel Lutheran Cemetery in Battleview, North Dakota. Rosemary (Lemer) Martens, 93, of Ross, ND, passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at her farm home south of Ross, ND. There will be a public visitation held at the Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Stanley, ND from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2026 with a family service and rosary vigil to follow and begin at 6:00 p.m. Rosemary’s funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Stanley, ND.
