Clynton “Clint” Lindberg, 82, of Powers Lake, ND, passed away on Monday, August 5, 2024, at the Tioga Medical Center Long-Term Care in Tioga, ND. Clint’s funeral service was held on Monday, August 12, 2024, at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Powers Lake, ND. A public visitation was held at the church one prior to the service. Pastor Pauline Crowder officiated. Clint was laid to rest at the Bethel Lutheran (aka: Holy Cross Lutheran) Cemetery in Powers Lake, ND. Jacob Owen Hynek, 14, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 8, 2024, with his parents by his side at Mountrail County Medical Center in Stanley, ND, after a courageous ten-month battle fighting cancer. Jacob’s funeral mass will be on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Stanley High School Gymnasium in Stanley, ND. Father Jason Signalness will officiate.
