Shirley Morrison, 79 passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2024 in Hot Springs, S.D. Arrangements are being made with Kirk Funeral Home.

Clynton “Clint” Lindberg, 82, of Powers Lake, ND, passed away on Monday, August 5, 2024, at the Tioga Medical Center Long-Term Care in Tioga, ND. Clint’s funeral service was held on Monday, August 12, 2024, at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Powers Lake, ND. A public visitation was held at the church one prior to the service. Pastor Pauline Crowder officiated. Jacob Owen Hynek, 14, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 8, 2024, with his parents by his side at Mountrail County Medical Center in Stanley, ND, after a courageous ten-month battle fighting cancer. Jacob’s funeral mass will be on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Stanley High School Gymnasium in Stanley, ND. Father Jason Signalness will officiate. There will be a public visitation held from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at the Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Stanley, ND with a private family service to follow.
