Joyce Hollekim, 87, of Palermo, North Dakota, passed away into the hands of the Lord on Friday, April 17, 2026, at the Mountrail County Medical Center in Stanley, North Dakota. A public visitation was held at Springan Stevenson Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, with a family service following. Joyce’s funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Faith Lutheran Church in Palermo, ND. Milo Mell will officiate. Joyce will be laid to rest at the Faith Lutheran Cemetery in Palermo, ND. Franklin Bruce Taylor Jr., 86, died March 24 at his home in Prescott Valley, Arizona. The Stanley, ND, native will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
