Norris L. Weflen, 72, of New Town, ND, passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2024, at his home in rural New Town, ND. Norris’ memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Springan Stevenson Funeral Home Chapel in Stanley, North Dakota. Pastor Byron Lindbo officiated. Norris will be laid to rest at the Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery in Rural New Town, North Dakota.
