New Town Chamber Car And Motorcycle Show Brings Donations To Organizations

On Thursday, July 17th, Craig Reynolds from Reynolds Insurance Agency; Khadero Taylor from Dakota West Credit Union; Nancy Reimer from the New Town Public Schools; Jessi Baker from the Mountrail County Pink Ladies; Julie Herbel and Kim Blue from the New Town City Library; David Siira, Doris Clarck, Dave Hilleran, Rusty Deserly and Jerome Jarski from The American Legion Post 290 met in front of the New Town City Library to gift the donations from the 2025 New Town Chamber Car and Motorcycle Show.

Thank you for the monetary donations, for the time you volunteered as an investment to our community, for the resources you made available, and for the staff you provided. However you participated, in a big or small scale, this event was successful because of you.
Next year, the New Town Chamber Car and Motorcycle Show will be on June 19th and 20th, 2026.
A total of 62 vehicles attended the show. From these, twelve were motorcycles, seven entered the burnout competition, and fourteen entered the sound system competition.
Donations
New Town City Library will receive a total of $5,870.00 ($2,600.00 Car Show Entry fees + $2,600.00 Reynolds Insurance Agency Entry fees donation match + $670.00 Raffle tickets).
Mountrail County Pink Ladies will receive a total of $602.00 (half of the Benefit Breakfast proceeds held on 6/12 at the Edgewater Golf Course).
New Town Eagles Backpack Program will receive $1,202.00 (half of the Benefit Breakfast proceeds held on 6/12 at the Edgewater Golf Course + $600.00 American Legion Post 290 donation).
