Mobile Food Pantry To Make Stops In Area
Trucks supplying food will be making stops in the area on Tuesday, Dec. 10 and Wednesday, Dec. 11 as part of the Great Plains Food Bank Program. Anyone in need of food assistance from any community is welcome to attend these drive through distributions.
The Mobile Food Pantry provides fresh vegetables, fruits, shelf-stable items, meat, bakery items, boxed goods and much more to communities in need. Items are distributed right off the truck by staff and volunteers and delivered directly to people in need.
Clients will remain in their vehicle and complete a short intake form onsite and then drive through the distribution line. Those who cannot attend may designate someone to pick up for them.
