County Commissioners Choose New Leadership
The North Dakota County Commissioners Association (NDCCA) met Monday, October 27th to pass legislative resolutions and elect members of its Board of Directors for 2025-2027.
The officers of the NDCCA Executive Committee for 2025-2027 are: Neal Messer, Stark County, President; Tracey Dolezal, Dunn County, Vice President; Glenda Collier, Eddy County, Treasurer (re-elected); and Joan Hollekim, Mountrail County, Past President.
Miranda Schuler, Ward County, was elected to a new two-year term on the NDCCA Board.
Cory Hanson, Williams County and Jim Kapitan, Cass County, were re-elected to two-year terms.
Scott Ouradnik, Slope County, was re-elected as North Dakota’s representative on the Western Interstate Region Board of Directors.
Board members not up for re-election this year are Andy Zachmeier, Morton County, and Jason Arth, Sargent County.
