Golf Teams In Action In DLB And Crosby

Stanley’s girls’ golf teams had three meets on their schedule last week.
On Monday, Sept. 9, the varsity was at the DLB Meet. DLB took home the team title with a score of 342, followed by Kenmare with 367 and Stanley with 410.
Individually, Laila Christianson of DLB was first with a score of 72, followed by Ella Pearson of DLB with 78, McKenna Mau of Kenmare with 80, Avery Ellis of Stanley with 85, Emma Sandberg and Brooke Livingston of Kenmare tied with 93, Sharon Osteroos of DLB with 94, Ella Mortensen of Stanley and Autumn Bloms of Williams County tied with 95, and Raegen Fitzsimmons of Mohall-Sherwood, Alexis Allery of Northern Lights and Hanna Hall of DLB tied with 98.
Individual scores for the Blue Jays were as follows:

Jackelyne Hernandez    60  59 - 119
Mya Mortensen    59  66 - 125
The junior varsity returned to DLB for their meet on Tuesday, Sept. 10. Kenmare was first as a team with a score of 194, followed by New Town with 254 and Stanley with 262.
Individually, Natasha Brekhus of Kenmare was first with a score of 45, followed by Emma Sandberg of Kenmare with 48, Danika Lebeau of New Town and Emory Williams of Kenmare tied with 50, Brooke Peterson of Kenmare with 51, Zaelynn Aune of Stanley with 53, Erika Littlefield of Stanley with 60, Brookley Haugtvedt of DLB with 62, and Mataya Foote of New Town and Aurora Bratvold of New Town tied with 63.
Other scores for the Blue Jays were Alyssa Quesada with 69, Trinity Hynek with 80 and Sarah Hoffman with 85.
The varsity team was in action in Crosby on Thursday, Sept. 12. DLB was first as a team with a score of 366, followed by Kenmare with 388, Williams County with 415 and Stanley with 431.
Individually, Laila Christianson of DLB was first with a score of 75, followed by McKenna Mau of Kenmare with 84, Ella Pearson of DLB with 87, Ava Wallin of Williams County with 88, Avery Ellis of Stanley with 94, Ella Mortensen of Stanley with 97, Charlotte Brekhus of Kenmare with 98, Autumn Bloms of Williams County with 100, Sharon Osteroos of DLB with 101, and Brooke Livingston of Kenmare with 102.
